Lose Weight for Good Programme

This is an 8 week programme  and costs £65. It includes: 

  • Kick off session with a trained nutritionist (week 1)
  • Weekly weigh in, with a short talk on healthy eating, new recipe to try and take away each week

At the end of the programme you can continue to attend for a cost of £5 per week.

Takes place at our Esher venue, Surrey.

 

Intermittent Fasting – 5:2 Diet 

Initial consultation (30 minutes face to face or Skype) with follow up phone, email or face to face support (total 1.5 hours)

Costs include an initial consultation and weekly follow up face to face meetings with us in the active and transitional phases of the diet to take you through the key phases of weight loss. Once you reach the maintenance phase support will be provided as needed. Costs vary depending on the products that you choose and where you start in the programme.
