We are nutritional experts from Recipe for Health.
We see at first hand the positive impact that nutrition can have on energy levels, immunity and overall sense of wellbeing. Even small changes can have a really significant effect on health. These days there is so much in the media about healthy eating that there can be information overload and some of the advice is conflicting. We help clients to focus on what is important for their individual health and explain it in an accessible way.
Food is so central to everything we do and is at the heart of most people’s social life. We focus on easy tasty recipes that can fit in with normal life. The changes we recommend are not only achievable and straightforward they are also a pleasure. Often other family members really benefit from them.
We see many of our clients on a one to one basis, working together with us on health goals and the role food has in achieving in these. We also do group sessions with people with similar health interests. This can either be in people’s homes or in the workplace.
We each have a diploma in Nutritional Therapy and are members of the British Association of Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and are registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. We have been practising in the field of nutrition since 2008.
Our aim is to help make it easy for you to prepare and enjoy eating delicious food for a healthier life.
Our advice is designed to be practical and simple and we believe that eating healthily should be a pleasure. We understand that changing the way that you eat can be difficult. But even the small changes can reap significant benefits.
Recipe for Health was established in 2008.
