Our talks cover a wide range of topics. Our most popular ones are:

These provide useful, practical information on simple changes you can make to improve your health. They are informal and interactive so that you not only benefit from our advice, but also from the support and experience of others attending.
Sessions are stand alone or with a meal/snacks relevant to the discussion topic. These can be held in your own home with a group of friends or in our Esher venue. Prices are £15 per person without food (assuming 6 or more people attending).
