Many women experience stress, energy, hormonal or digestive imbalances.

You may not need individual therapy, but would benefit from an informal and interactive session where you can learn nutritional tips, share experiences and ask the advice of an expert.

These can also be combined with a lunch provided by us. This would include healthy foods relevant to the talk.

We are now offering Menopause Support groups. These comprise of around 8 women who meet every 6-8 weeks to hear a brief talk on a menopause related topic. The rest of the session is for questions, discussion, sharing ideas and supporting each other.
